BTS Success and Permission to Dance on Stage Tour

The K-Pop boy band sensation BTS, whose members are Suga, RM, Jungkook, V, Park Jimin, Jin, and J-Hope, has a massive influence in South Korea AND HAS also dominated the western music industry where the group charms and amazes fans with their outstanding vocals, dancing skills, and dashing looks. 2021 has been a remarkable year for the group to have achieved milestone after milestone in a single year.

 

BTS released the chart-topping song Butter this year on May 21st, gaining lots of streams and attaining over 620 million views on YouTube. After releasing the song, they've had a series of collaborations with prominent artists that have also become hit songs. 

 

The group collaborated with Ed Sheeran, which they released on July 9TH, "Permission to Dance." It groovy song that is poppin' with good vibes and positivity. This makes the song reign music charts.

 

Their "Number 1" song Butter was remixed featuring the American rapper Megan Thee Stallion released on August 27TH. 

 

Another collaborative hit song, My Universe, released on September 30TH, thrilled ARMYs (the name of their fans). It is BTS and legendary British rock band Coldplay's chart-topping song that also dominates the music industry.

 

BTS was recently named Artist of the Year at the American Music Awards, proving their unstoppable reign in the American markets.

Last weekend, BTS brought their intricate dancing skills and crystal clear vocals on their tour, starting a two-night show after two years from their Love Yourself World Tour in 2019. Over two hours, the band performed several of their most popular songs.

 

The group surprised fans with a performance OF "Butter," a major highlight of the show where Megan Thee Stallion joined them on stage to perform.

 

Shortly following their win at the most recent American Music Awards, the band was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for the second consecutive year. For years of hard work, BTS deserves such recognition and support.
